About the role

The CMMS Engineer will be responsible for setup and maintaining site asset data through Hexagon EAM. The engineer will work within the data centers to ensure that asset details are captured to match the digital record. They will work with corresponding teams to align and schedule maintenance within the CMMS application. The engineer will proactively perform routine data scrubs, identify and correct any anomalies, while continuously looking for ways to automate and enhance processes. They will also plan and conduct training and workshop sessions for large audiences within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and maintain site asset data through Hexagon EAM
  • Work within the data centers to ensure that asset details are captured to match the digital record
  • Work with corresponding teams to align and schedule maintenance within the CMMS application
  • Proactively perform routine data scrubs, identify and correct any anomalies
  • Continuously look for ways to automate and enhance processes
  • Plan and conduct training and workshop sessions for large audiences within the organization
  • Help drive global processes and document development
  • Act as the gatekeeper for mission critical data in EAM, responsible for the accuracy and reports produced in EAM
  • Develop systems enhancement modules of core and advanced modules to meet Regional or Global business requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
  • 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
  • 20% travel when launching new locations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
  • 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler working within an industrial maintenance complex, manufacturing/distribution industries, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in supporting procedures for production or mission critical environments to include ticketing, monitoring/metrics, and troubleshooting technical issues
