CMMS Engineer
About the role
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles to help deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost.
As a CMMS Engineer, you will serve as a system master expert within an Amazon data center region. You will design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges, working within multi-disciplinary teams. The role includes owning the process of deploying the EAM platform, supporting local data center teams with asset collection, maintenance schedules, reporting, and training. You will also drive global processes, document development, and act as the gatekeeper for mission-critical data in EAM. Additionally, you will develop system enhancement modules to meet regional or global business requirements. This role requires 20% travel when launching new locations.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges in AWS data centers.
- Own the deployment process of the EAM platform from start to finish within your data center region.
- Support local data center teams with asset collection, maintenance schedules, reporting, and training.
- Drive global processes and document development as part of the global EAM team.
- Act as the gatekeeper for mission-critical data in EAM, ensuring accuracy and producing reports.
- Develop system enhancement modules for core and advanced EAM modules to meet regional or global business requirements.
- Travel up to 20% of the time for launching new locations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience.
- 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or 3+ years of facilities management experience.
- Experience working within a data center environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience.
- 2+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment.
- 2+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience.
- 2+ years of SQL experience.
Pay
USA, OH, Dublin - $96,000.00 - $166,300.00 USD annually.
