Job Summary
Captures inspection activity and operates CMM to gather dimensional data.
Responsibilities
- Collects data from the checking fixture according to the control plan.
- Responsible for learning CMM Software.
- Runs validation and verification routines for production tools such as check fixtures, manual gauges, etc.
- Reports any non-conformance detected on the production process to the Quality/Manufacturing Engineer.
- Identifies potential causes for process variation.
- Responsible for dimensional control verification.
- Assists in the cleaning and maintenance of checking fixtures.
- Performs any other duty as deemed necessary or appropriate.
Education and Experience
- Associates Degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent experience.
- Good skills with MSOffice.
