Clubhouse Operations Technician

Job Description

The Clubhouse Operations Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of the high-end facility's amenities, common areas, and event spaces.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the community’s exterior and interior common areas.
• Hosing walkways, pool deck areas, sweeping pickleball and tennis courts.
• Assisting the Management team with small projects to support the clubhouse facility.
• Collaborating with the Lifestyle Coordinator to set up rooms and support weekly events.
• Performing a wide array of duties and other miscellaneous tasks as directed.

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma.
• Experience with furniture set up and break down for member activities.
• Energy, a great attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HOA community rules and protocols.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 pounds.
