Job Description
The Clubhouse Operations Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the immaculate standards of our high-end facility, ensuring all amenities, common areas, and event spaces remain spotless, fully functional, and welcoming for our discerning members and guests.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the community’s exterior and interior common areas.
- Hosing walkways, pool deck areas, sweeping pickleball and tennis courts.
- Assisting the Management team with small projects to support the clubhouse facility.
- Collaborating with the Lifestyle Coordinator to set up rooms and support weekly events.
- Performing a wide array of duties and other miscellaneous tasks as directed.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma.
- Experience with furniture set up and break down for member activities.
- Energy, a great attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HOA community rules and protocols.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 pounds.
