Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food on the food line is restocked, maintained at required temperatures, and distributed according to set portion controls.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the food line and ensure all areas meet corporate standards for public space viewing.
• Make sure plates are ready before sending them to tables, including adding sides and sauces, wiping down plates, and ensuring they are placed correctly.

Requirements

• Must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Capable of interacting with all levels of management and maintaining a professional manner at all times.
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to stand/walk/sit for extended periods.
• May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively.
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
