Cloud Support Administrator (TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph) - 174319

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in Reston, VA; Redmond, WA; and Atlanta, GA. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (MPO or VA Customer) and involves 24 × 7 shift work.

Responsibilities

• Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools.
• Document all findings from tickets and incidents.
• Automate and troubleshoot tasks using various scripting languages and services.
• Provide end‑user support to customers at the Tier I‑III level in cloud‑based environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (MPO).
• Willingness to work a single shift in a 24 × 7 support environment.
• Certifications: IAT II, AZ‑900, or similar cloud certification (highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and ticketing systems (Active Directory, JIRA, ServiceNow, Netmon, WinDbg).
• Basic scripting skills in Java, Python, Linux, PowerShell, or JavaScript, preferably in Azure.
• Excellent customer service skills and focus.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $135,000+, based on years of experience.
