What's the Job?
Support the development and maintenance of cloud-relevant Single Process Inventory (SPI) through regular reviews and updates.
Assist in implementing structured strategies for cloud recoverability and resiliency, focusing on non-bank managed SaaS services.
Collaborate with cloud implementation teams to incorporate feedback and emerging best practices into controls and processes.
Develop clear guidance for cloud-native tools, services, and security controls, including data classification, identity management, and access controls.
Utilize agile tools such as Jira to track progress and facilitate communication across teams.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in Product or Service Management within cloud service environments.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with containers like Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
- Strong understanding of IT product management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently.
