About the role

The Azure Cloud Consultant is responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to customers on Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. This includes designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure services.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored cloud solutions.
• Perform capacity planning, disaster recovery, and continuous monitoring to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in cloud computing.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud computing, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex cloud projects successfully.
• Experience with Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or higher certification.
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

• Technical proficiency in cloud computing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.
