Cloud Demand Management Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Demand Management Consultant with expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Demand Management Cloud (DMC) and a strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud Demand Management (DMC) solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure forecasting methods, demand plans, planning measures, and hierarchies.
• Work with business stakeholders to design demand planning and forecasting processes.
• Configure collections, planning parameters, calendars, and organizations.
• Integrate Demand Management with Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and other Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Perform CRP/UAT testing, data validation, and user training.
• Support production issues, enhancements, and system optimization.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of Oracle SCM experience with at least 2–3 years in Oracle Cloud Demand Management.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Oracle Cloud Demand Management
  • Demand Forecasting
  • Planning Central
  • Supply Planning
  • Integration Collections
  • Planning Measures & Measure Catalogs
  • Planning Hierarchies
  • Forecast Consumption
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts.
• Experience in data migration using FBDI is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle Inventory Management and Order Management.
• Knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, or Oracle Analytics.
• Experience working in Agile implementation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Oracle Cloud SCM certifications are preferred.
