Internal Cloud Demand Manager

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite per week in Chandler, AZ

About the role

As an Internal Cloud Demand Manager, you will manage demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning for shared cloud and infrastructure services. You will model capacity constraints, analyze utilization, and work with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services
• Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery tradeoffs
• Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns
• Experience working with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans

Qualifications (Desired)

• ITIL Demand or Financial Management certification
• 5-7+ years supporting infrastructure or cloud portfolio management
• Experience with capacity planning tools or service portfolio platforms
• Exposure to virtualization or platform capacity modeling

Pay

Pay Range: $58 - $62 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, and other factors.
