Cloud Consultant

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $120,000 – $210,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Surface and analyze customer business requirements
• Translate requirements into architectural designs
• Design and maintain AWS Subscription/Tenants
• Implement target workloads end-to-end
• Develop CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot AWS and Linux issues as subject matter expert
• Optimize cost and performance of cloud resources

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Linux OS and its supported technologies and systems
• Expertise in AWS Cloud and Azure Cloud
• Proficiency in Cloud Core Platforms including Compute, Storage, Virtual Machines
• Experience with AWS or Azure Government is highly desired
• Desirable skills in Kubernetes and governance experience
• Linux system administration experience with management and patching
• Technical certifications in Linux, AWS, and Azure are preferred
