Cloud Application Support

Your role in our mission

• Application and operations support for cloud-based infrastructure on Azure and AWS cloud.
• Setup environments, deploy, and maintain applications in cloud environments.
• Work closely with development and other support teams to troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure related issues.
• Collaborate with end users to address application support needs and provide technical assistance.
• Apply ITIL Service Management principles across Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service delivery enhancements.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and support cloud security best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in IT Support Services, Operations, and Project/Program Management.
• Cloud and infrastructure expertise, including AWS and/or Azure, SSL Certificate Management, Firewall Maintenance, and Disaster Recovery.
• Security and incident management experience, including Operational and Security Event Monitoring, Incident Response, OS Patching, and Security Software Updates.
• Application and database support knowledge, including Operations Support, Database administration, and .NET C# Development.

• Business Intelligence Tools such as SSRS and SSIS

What You Should Expect In This Role

• Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
• Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

Pay

The pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
