Cloud Application Developer

About the role

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain scalable and accessible business cloud applications. Migrate existing applications to the cloud, modify current applications for cloud compatibility, or build new cloud-native solutions. Integrate diverse data sources and address compatibility or security concerns. Support the creation of strategies to enhance the performance of existing cloud technologies. Develop workflows and processes aligned with best practices and cloud architecture. Translate user needs into technical specifications and provide specialized consulting and support.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in cloud application development
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Advanced proficiency in cloud computing, cloud solutions, software development, scripting languages, and troubleshooting
• Intermediate proficiency in IT automation, databases, configuration management, SaaS, PaaS, and cloud security
• Foundational understanding of Agile methodology, creative thinking, and learning agility
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
