Responsibilities
- Collaborate with providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Document patient assessments accurately
- Provide patient education and support using appropriate tools
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree with RN licensure
- 2-5 years of experience
- BLS certification
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Preferred: 5-10 years of experience
