About the role
Join our team as a full-time Clinical Triage Nurse in an outpatient Women’s Care/OBGYN setting. The position is safety-sensitive and requires alertness and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with providers to develop and implement care plans
- Assess patients’ physical and psychosocial needs
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Document assessments accurately
- Provide patient education and support
- Support clinical staff and assist providers with daily patient management
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing
- RN licensure
- BLS certification
- 2-5 years of experience preferred; higher experience levels may be considered
