Clinical Triage Nurse - OBGYN

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care in collaboration with healthcare providers to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective outcomes. The RN supports clinical staff, assists with daily patient management, and ensures adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to optimize care and promote wellness.
• Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills.
• Ensure proper documentation of assessments and treatments per standards.
• Provide patient education and support, tailoring communication to patient and family abilities.
• Support a safe work environment by maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; 5-10 years preferred for advanced roles.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills.
