About the role
Seeking a full-time Clinical Triage Nurse to provide direct patient care, collaborate with providers, and develop care plans aimed at delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare. The nurse assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensures adherence to clinical protocols, and supports providers with documentation and patient management. They also offer patient education, communicate instructions effectively, and demonstrate critical thinking skills. This position requires working in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience: 2-5 years required; 5-10 years preferred
- Licenses & Certifications: RN licensure, BLS certification
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare team
- Assess patient needs and evaluate physical, emotional, and psychosocial factors
- Follow clinical protocols and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Support provider documentation and patient education
