About the role
Seeking a full-time Triage Nurse to provide high-quality outpatient care in an OBGYN setting. The nurse collaborates with providers and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, assesses patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and supports clinical staff in daily patient management. Responsibilities include following clinical protocols, documenting assessments and treatments accurately, and providing patient education and support using appropriate communication tools. This position requires alertness and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2–5 years of experience; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with 5–10 years of experience
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and review care plans with healthcare providers
- Assess patient needs holistically and ensure compliance with protocols
- Support documentation and patient education efforts
