Clinical Training and Education Manager (Endo) Northeast

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Training and Education Manager (Endo) Northeast to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead training and education efforts that support safe, effective product use across customers and internal teams in the Northeast region. The position will serve as a clinical resource for medical professionals while helping build confidence and consistency in product knowledge. It will also partner closely with sales, marketing, and field teams to strengthen customer engagement and support business growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 annually Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive training and education programs for customers and internal staff Provide case support to clients to ensure safe product usage Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee skill levels and develop curricula Assist in field assessments for new product market research trials Create ongoing training courses to maintain product knowledge across sales teams Act as a clinical expert and answer inquiries from medical professionals Support sales and marketing by in-servicing key customers Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience 6+ years of hands-on medical experience, preferably in Endoscopy or General Surgery Strong communication and analytical skills for feedback analysis Expertise in training techniques and corporate sales program implementation Excellent organizational abilities for coordinating large programs Proficiency in computer skills including spreadsheets and database management Benefits Medical/Dental and other insurance starting after 30 days Low-cost onsite medical clinic Access to onsite cafeterias Employee gardening initiatives and classes 3 weeks of vacation, 1 week of sick time, and paid holidays 401K and Health Savings Account options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
