Position Summary

As a Clinical Manager for AirLife, you will work across multiple departments within AirLife, with the goal to support the successful use of AirLife products.

Responsibilities

  • clinician product training
  • product evaluations/implementation
  • training for AirLife personnel
  • interaction with clinicians for product feedback
  • answering product questions for end-users
  • research, interpretation of studies, medical writing, and others duties as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Knowledge: Understanding of respiratory disease states, clinical application of AirLife products, familiarity with critical care and anesthesia environments, a solid understanding of the field of Respiratory Care and the application of therapies.
  • Experience: Minimal 5 years clinical experience, 10 years preferred. Critical Care experience required. Registered Respiratory Therapist, RN, Paramedic, Anesthesia Technician
  • Skills: Excellent Public speaking and presentation skills, prior training experience a plus. Computer proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.
  • Education: Professional license
  • Travel: >70%

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Participation in the creation of AirLife’s evidence plan.
  • Produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Provides technical expertise and training to other departments.
  • Responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met including deployment of user trials or pilot sales programs.
  • Conducts research on product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality based on customer feedback.
  • Conducts Customer and AirLife product training on-site and at trade shows.
