ENDO/IG Access Care Manager - Northeast

Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients throughout their treatment journey from enrollment to therapy initiation
• Conduct patient needs assessments to address barriers related to coverage, affordability, and logistics
• Coordinate care among healthcare providers, caregivers, and sites to ensure continuity and timely treatment
• Maintain accountability for patient progression, proactively resolving any identified barriers
• Act as a field-based expert on reimbursement pathways and payer policies
• Provide guidance on prior authorization processes and payer-specific requirements
• Deliver education on reimbursement processes and patient access resources to healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the pharmaceutical industry, more preferred with a Master's, BSN or Rph
• 1+ years in an access and reimbursement support role
• 3-6 years in specialty pharmaceuticals with relevant reimbursement and access experience, preferably in Endocrinology or Immunoglobulin sectors
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven record in strategic planning and implementation
• Experience working in regulated environments with strict adherence to compliance guidelines
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record regarding compliance standards

Pay

$139,100 – $231,900 annually
