Clinical Applications Trainer (Northeast)

Position Summary

Conduct on-site clinical training for customers to educate Physicians and Staff on devices in the Northeast territories, including NY, NJ, PA, DMV, etc. This position involves extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site clinical training at provider offices on the safe and effective use of their devices.
• Extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips.
• Provide customer, sales representative, distributor and clinical trainer support via phone, email and personalized webinars.
• Provide clinical support to sales representatives at customer sales demos and marketing events.
• Assist in the development of training materials for all aspects of training needs including end users, clinical trainers, sales representatives, and distributors.
• Support customer educational events to provide onsite demonstrations, answer clinical questions and provide general clinical support.
• Assist in the delivery of the train the trainer program, conducting and presenting at training seminars.
• Other duties as needed or required.

Qualifications

• RN, NP, PA or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an aesthetic office treating a variety of dermatological indications such as hair removal, vascular, photo rejuvenation, acne, tattoo removal, body contouring, etc.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience treating with aesthetic lasers
• Experience training medical staff on similar medical devices highly preferred
• Experience with travel-based fieldwork highly preferred
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Strong written and spoken interpersonal, communication, and training skills
