About the role
The Clinical Team Leader (CTL) is responsible for identifying and distributing patient care procedures and processes, coordinating resources, and ensuring patient safety. They also evaluate patient care outcomes and make adjustments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Distributes work in a way that utilizes available resources effectively
- Coordinates work and resources to meet changing requirements
- Works with clinical logistics and crisis services to optimize patient flow
- Evaluates individual and collective patient care outcomes
- Contributes to employee evaluations and suggests proficiency evaluations
- Observes and reports on patient care delivery and outcomes
Requirements
- Ancillary certifications: CPR
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nursing license in State of Ohio
Qualifications
- Commitment to obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing within five years of hire
Skills
