About the role
Overseeing a multidisciplinary care team in a patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinical operations, including staffing and patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Provide clinical expertise at the bedside and mentor nursing and allied health staff.
- Collaborate with physicians to promote evidence-based care.
- Partner across departments to support performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist in implementing new care models to improve patient outcomes and experience.
