Clinical Talk Therapist (Synchronous) - Remote

Role Overview: The Clinical Talk Therapist provides telehealth counseling sessions, delivering high-quality care to support participants' mental health and wellbeing. Responsibilities Include Conducting approximately 30 hours of direct counseling weekly with concurrent note-taking during sessions.Developing treatment plans, participating in treatment team meetings, and documenting clinical work.Advocating for participants' clinical needs and addressing concerns as a first point of contact for escalations.Collaborating with operations and clinical teams to improve service delivery and participant experience.Staying informed on new clinical techniques and contributing to outreach and professional development activities.Supporting communication efforts and representing the organization at industry events. Qualifications & Skills Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts, able to practice independently.Comfortable with telehealth technology and building therapeutic relationships virtually.Experience treating diverse conditions within a multidisciplinary team.Proficient in digital tools for clinical and administrative support.Strong communication skills and professionalism in a remote setting.
