Clinical Therapist (Synchronous) - Remote

About the Role

The Clinical Talk Therapist provides telehealth counseling sessions, primarily in Massachusetts, as part of a clinical team focused on delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30 hours of weekly direct counseling
• Document treatment plans and progress notes
• Participate in team meetings and clinical case reviews
• Advocate for participants' needs within the care team
• Support continuous improvement of clinical care processes
• Assist with outreach and engagement initiatives
• Develop communication materials for participants
• Handle escalations and provide crisis intervention as needed
• Stay updated on clinical advancements and best practices

Requirements

• Licensed as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
• Comfortable with telehealth technology and virtual care delivery
• Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting
• Experience working with diverse mental health conditions
• Ability to work remotely in a private, HIPAA-compliant setting

Bilingual skills are a plus.
