About the Role
The Clinical Talk Therapist provides telehealth counseling sessions, primarily in Massachusetts, as part of a clinical team focused on delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 30 hours of weekly direct counseling
- Document treatment plans and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings and clinical case reviews
- Advocate for participants' needs within the care team
- Support continuous improvement of clinical care processes
- Assist with outreach and engagement initiatives
- Develop communication materials for participants
- Handle escalations and provide crisis intervention as needed
- Stay updated on clinical advancements and best practices
Requirements
- Licensed as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Comfortable with telehealth technology and virtual care delivery
- Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting
- Experience working with diverse mental health conditions
- Ability to work remotely in a private, HIPAA-compliant setting
Bilingual skills are a plus.
