Clinical Talk Therapist (Synchronous AHPC) - Remote

Responsibilities

• Deliver 30–37 hours of direct counseling weekly
• Collaborative note-taking and documentation
• Develop treatment plans and participate in team meetings
• Advocate for participants' clinical needs and escalate concerns as needed
• Support communication, outreach, and professional industry engagement
• Serve as the first point of contact for participant escalations
• Stay informed on clinical advancements and digital techniques
• Contribute to clinical quality and process improvements

Qualifications And Skills

• Active, independent LCSW license in California
• Experience with a range of conditions and disorders, preferably with children
• Comfort with telehealth technology and building virtual therapeutic relationships
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely in a secure private space with necessary technology
• Bilingual skills are a plus
