Clinical Talk Therapist (Synchronous AHPC) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide telehealth therapy sessions in California, with the flexibility to reside in any U.S. state. The role involves delivering high-quality care, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients' mental health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 30-37 hours of direct counseling weekly with collaborative note-taking during sessions.
• Develop treatment plans, participate in team meetings, and advocate for clients' needs.
• Support clinical care with evidence-based techniques, and contribute to outreach and industry events.
• Handle client escalations and stay updated on clinical advancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed LCSW able to practice independently.
• Experience with diverse conditions and treatment planning within an interdisciplinary team.
• Comfort with telehealth technology, building virtual therapeutic relationships, and maintaining a professional online presence.
• Access to a private, secure remote workspace, a computer, smartphone, and reliable internet.
• Knowledge of telehealth policies; bilingual skills are a plus.
