About the role
A licensed LCSW providing telehealth therapy sessions remotely in California, focusing on delivering quality mental health care to clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 30-37 hours of direct counseling weekly, utilizing collaborative note-taking and treatment plans.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and weekly team sessions.
- Advocate for participants' clinical needs and serve as the first escalation point for concerns.
- Liaise with Customer Success and support clinical care delivery using evidence-based techniques.
- Contribute to communication, outreach, and industry engagement efforts.
- Stay informed about emerging clinical care methods and digital interventions.
Requirements
- Active, independent LCSW license in California.
- Experience with diverse conditions and treatment planning within an interdisciplinary team.
- Comfort with telehealth technology, building therapeutic relationships virtually, and maintaining a professional virtual presence.
- Strong ability to assess care levels, work remotely in a secure setting, and pass background checks.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
