Weekend/Evening Clinical Therapist (Synchronous) - Remote

About the role

The Weekend/Evening Clinical Talk Therapist provides telehealth counseling sessions, primarily during evenings and weekends, to support participants' mental health and wellbeing. As an active member of the clinical team, the therapist delivers high-quality care, develops treatment plans, and advocates for participants' needs. The role involves collaborating with the operations and clinical teams to enhance service delivery and participant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10-15+ counseling sessions weekly, with concurrent note-taking during sessions.
• Develop treatment plans, attend team meetings, and document clinical notes.
• Participate in weekly team discussions, advocate for participants, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Contribute to outreach, communication materials, and industry engagement.
• Maintain awareness of new clinical techniques and digital tools.
• Serve as initial contact for participant escalations and support clinical care decisions.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts, practicing independently.
• Comfortable with telehealth technology and virtual relationship building.
• Experience treating diverse conditions within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong professionalism, digital literacy, and ability to work remotely in a secure environment.
• Access to necessary technology and pass background checks; bilingual skills are a plus.
