About the role
This is a remote, part-time position for a licensed clinical talk therapist to provide telehealth counseling during weekend and evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth counseling sessions
- Achieve productivity standards of 10-15+ sessions per week
- Document treatment plans and maintain clinical records
- Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
- Advocate for participants' clinical needs
- Support clinical care using evidence-based techniques
- Develop communication materials for participants
- Handle participant escalations and crisis intervention as needed
- Stay updated on clinical developments and best practices
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to improve care delivery
Requirements
- Licensed as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Experience treating diverse mental health conditions
- Proficient with telehealth technology platforms
- Ability to build strong virtual therapeutic relationships
- Capable of working remotely in a private, secure setting
- Bilingual skills are a plus
