About the role
Seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Massachusetts during evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 10-15+ counseling sessions weekly, with concurrent note-taking
- Develop treatment plans and participate in team meetings
- Advocate for participant needs and support clinical care delivery
- Maintain documentation, escalate participant concerns, and stay updated on clinical advancements
- Contribute to communication materials and industry outreach
- Serve as first escalation contact for participant issues
Qualifications
- Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts, practicing independently
- Experienced with diverse conditions, telehealth, and digital tools
- Strong virtual relationship-building skills and professional virtual presence
- Ability to work remotely from a private, secure location with necessary technology
- Pass background check; bilingual skills are a plus
