Clinical Supervisor: Physical Therapy

Responsibilities
- Ensure patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately
- Serve as the first point of contact for field clinicians to ensure support is easily accessible in a timely manner
- Supervise clinical personnel and oversee clinicians providing patient care to patients in their place of residence
- Oversee clinicians in the field to ensure appropriate care and services are delivered
- Assist in patient care escalations and coordinate Case Conferences with the clinical team
- Review and evaluate each case, establish therapeutic goals, and develop a plan of care
Requirements
- Two years management or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation therapy department or program, preferably home care
- A degree from a baccalaureate or masters program in applicable discipline approved by an accredited organization
- A current CA Physical Therapist license
- A valid CA Drivers License with an acceptable driving record
Qualifications
- Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy principles and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with patient care documentation and record-keeping

Pay
The Clinical Supervisor - Physical Therapy position pays a base salary of $143,000 to $163,000 annually, plus a generous quarterly bonus. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Schedule
This is a hybrid position combining field work and on-site responsibilities. The Clinical Supervisor - Physical Therapy works 2 days in the Walnut Creek office and 3 days in the field, visiting 12 patients per week. The schedule includes flexible working arrangements to accommodate patient care needs and organizational growth.
