Clinical Supervisor / LCSW / LMFT / LMHC

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couple therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in supervision and continuing education opportunities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Washington State as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
• Must be a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work)
• Current license to practice in Washington State
• Experience in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Compensation range of $90,000-$115,000, based on productivity. Uncapped earning potential.

Schedule

Monday - Friday with weekends optional. Flexible Schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. Hybrid Schedule between office and home.
