Clinical Supervisor / LCSW / LMFT / LMHC
About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couple therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Engage in ongoing professional development through CEUs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Washington State as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
- Must be a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work)
- Current license to practice in Washington State
- Experience with evidence-based treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic techniques
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay
Compensation range of $90,000-$115,000, based on productivity. Uncapped earning potential.
Schedule
Monday - Friday with weekends optional. Flexible Schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. Hybrid Schedule between office and home.
