The role of a Clinical Supervisor / LCSW / LMFT / LMHC at LifeStance Health involves leading and supervising a team of therapists, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of licensed therapists, providing feedback and guidance to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
- Conduct regular supervision sessions to review case progress, discuss treatment plans, and address any clinical concerns.
- Provide consultation and training to therapists on clinical issues, treatment modalities, and ethical considerations.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery and meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Washington State as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, including individual and/or couples therapy.
- Experience as a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and clinical best practices.
- Experience with digital health telemedicine platforms.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay
Compensation range of $90,000-$115,000, based on productivity.
Schedule
Monday - Friday with weekends optional, flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules, hybrid schedule between office and home.
