Clinical Supervisor/ LMFT / LCSW

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couple therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain licensure requirements
• Adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Washington State as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
• Must be a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Current license to practice in Washington State
• Experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential. Compensation model based on productivity.

Schedule

Location and Schedule: Sammamish, WA and surrounding areas. Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier. Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out. Monday - Friday with weekends optional. Flexible Schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. Hybrid Schedule between office and home.
