About the role
This is a clinical supervision position for licensed clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to licensed clinicians
- Mentor and support staff development
- Conduct regular supervision sessions
- Assess and evaluate clinician performance
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Experience in supervising mental health professionals
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Proficient in clinical assessment tools

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
