This is a clinical supervision position for LCSW and LCAC professionals. The role involves providing guidance and support to supervisees, conducting regular supervision sessions, and ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to LCSW and LCAC professionals
• Conduct regular supervision sessions
• Ensure supervisees adhere to ethical standards and practice guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and departmental activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• LCSW or LCAC license
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical social work or related field
• Experience in supervising and mentoring professionals

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
