About the role
Provides counseling services to youth and families in a home community setting. Supervises other clinicians as needed.
Responsibilities
- Counseling sessions with youth and families
- Supervising other clinicians working in the same setting
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Maintaining client records and reports
Requirements
- Independent licensure as LCSW or LMHC
- At least 5 years of supervising clinicians in a home community setting
- Reliable commuting to the office location
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working with youth and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in computer software for documentation and record-keeping
