Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care, ensuring safe, patient-centered outcomes.
• Supervise and support healthcare team members, facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain alignment with the facility’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required.
• Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in cardiovascular patient assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and relevant specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
