About the role

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides leadership, clinical oversight, and supervision to ensure high-quality behavioral therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise client cases and ensure treatment fidelity
• Conduct assessments (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessments, skill evaluations)
• Mentor and support Program Managers and Interventionists
• Promote professional development within the team
• Maintain billable hours
• Adhere to Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards
• Collaborate with educational teams
• Deliver training to families and staff
• Cover various service areas with a client-centered, compassionate approach

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are valued
