Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead and oversee behavioral therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders. This role is ideal for experienced behavior analysts committed to improving children's lives through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical supervision
• Conduct assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Ensure treatment fidelity and compliance with BACB standards
• Supervise Program Managers and Interventionists, offering mentorship, feedback, and professional development
• Ensure client progress and customer satisfaction
• Maintain billable hours
• Provide training to clinical staff
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings
• Collaborate with educational teams

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field
• BCBA certification
• Strong ABA and clinical skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are valued.
