Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead and oversee behavioral therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical supervision to ensure effective treatment, client progress, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor Program Managers, Interventionists, and RBTs to ensure professional development and adherence to BACB standards.
• Conduct assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skill evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee treatment integrity through direct observation and protocol modifications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, attend IEP meetings, and support school-based interventions.
• Maintain billable hours, provide training using Behavior Skills Training, and document clinical activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
• Strong ABA, clinical, and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in supervision, behavior assessments, and collaboration with educational teams.

Skills

• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred) are valued.
