Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

Provides direct and indirect nursing care, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, optimal patient outcomes. Supports facility goals, demonstrates leadership, and guides staff while practicing patient-centered care and service excellence standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN required (incumbents with 20+ years in the role may be exempt from this requirement)
• Minimum of one-year full-time or three-year part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing; supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in cardiovascular assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and familiar with stress testing
• Current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and required specialty training (ACLS, PALS, NRP)
• Must pass pre-employment assessments
• Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to patient care excellence
