Clinical Supervisor: Family Counseling and Community Outreach

About the role

Guided by care, resilience, and community, Sage Alliance prepares students to thrive inside and outside the classroom. We seek a Clinical Supervisor who will lead with purpose to shape a therapeutic learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality therapeutic services aligned with Sage Alliance standards
• Collaborate with school leadership to integrate clinical and academic programming for student success
• Supervise therapists through coaching, evaluations, and ongoing professional development
• Oversee student intake, assessments, and family engagement to support smooth transitions into the program
• Maintain compliance, manage clinical documentation, and support conflict resolution across the school community

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling with a valid School Social Work certification
• Proven experience supervising clinical staff and providing individual and group supervision
• Strong knowledge of developmental theory and therapeutic interventions for students and families
• Ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, and families
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a school or clinical setting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
