Clinical Supervisor- Community Based Youth & Family Services
About the role
Tides Family Services is seeking a licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to lead the Tides Outreach Program (TOP), an intensive, community-based program designed to keep youth safely in their homes and out of higher levels of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical consultation and oversight to multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to a shared, team-based caseload, including conducting diagnostic assessments and ongoing clinical involvement with youth and families
- Support staff in crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk management
- Review and guide biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Partner with staff to adjust service intensity based on risk and need
- Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing case consultation
- Collaborate with DCYF, Family Court, schools, and community providers
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and clinical guidance
Requirements
- LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (required)
- Experience working with youth and families in community-based, child welfare, or behavioral health settings
- Strong skills in clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and team collaboration
- Ability to support work with high-risk, multi-system involved youth
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, Creole, or other languages commonly spoken in RI communities) (preferred)

Pay
$76,000+ annually, based on experience, licensure, and language capacity, in alignment with organizational guidelines and market conditions.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling, including day, evening, and some weekend availability.
