Family Based Clinical Supervisor
Requirements
- A master's degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation or a graduate degree in the field of human services with 3-5 years' experience in a CASSP setting providing direct services.
- 2 years' experience providing supervision and a minimum of one year providing clinical supervision, guidance or consultation is preferred.
- Professional licensure is preferred.
Qualifications
The role of the FBMHS Supervisor/Clinical Lead is to provide clinical oversight and support to a Family Based team. Supervisor may provide direct service delivery as a means of supervision, training, or case coverage. Supervisor provides 24 hour a day on-call support to a rotation of clinicians and provides interventions and support to on-going therapeutic activities and crisis interventions. Supervisor will work with their direct supervisor to provide daily operational support to the Family Based teams and program as assigned and required. Supervisor will assist with other daily operational tasks as trained and assigned.
Skills
Supervisor will receive intensive training from a state approved Family Based training center.

Pay
$62,000- 67,500 dependent on experience.

This is a floating Clinical Supervisor position between our Lehigh/Northampton; Carbon/Monroe/Pike and Montgomery County Family Based Programs.
