Clinical Supervisor, BCBA

Responsibilities

• Conducting functional assessments and developing data-driven treatment plans
• Mentoring and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
• Delivering parent training and ensuring clinical excellence
• Maintaining 30 billable hours weekly
• Collaborating within a team to promote consistency and support
• Contributing to training, quality assurance, and curriculum development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs
• Tech-savviness with data collection tools
• Background clearance and immunization compliance
• Spanish skills are a plus
